2 Week Sleep Training Support Program
For families that need a full sleep plan and daily support through sleep training and achieving your sleep goals for your baby/toddler's sleep needs.
What Does the 2 Week Sleep Training Support Include?
Whenever we start working together, you will fill out an intake form describing your baby/toddler's needs, struggles and your families goals. We will have a full 1 hour phone call to go over your Intake form and I can walk you through my process. I will want to understand where you are struggling, what your goals are and what you are comfortable with in terms of sleep training methods. From there, I will build a custom sleep plan for your baby/toddler. We will review that together in as much detail as you need for you to feel confident in your next two weeks. During those 2 weeks of sleep training, I will be there via text to support you.

What Does Sleep Training Look Like?
The simple answer is that sleeping training is using a decided method to get your baby to sleep in a way that works for your family. How sleep training goes is dependent on the baby's temperament, the parent's comfortability level with certain methods and how consistent we are with those methods. What I always tell my clients is that night wakings are normal, feedings are needed (to a certain age) and it's nearly impossible to have a sleep training experience without any tears. For me, sleep training does not mean cry it out. Please hear me when I say that my preferred method is never to let your baby cry for hours on end, but I can never guarantee that some tears won't be involved in the process. I will never force or pressure parent's into a method they aren't comfortable with and will be always be upfront with expectations based on our chosen method of sleep training. Depending on your goals and timeline sleep training will look different for you vs others but I will do everything in my power to make you feel comfortable and confident as you sleep train your little one!
